How long does turnaround take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. First-time logos need digitizing (1–2 extra days); reorders skip that step.
Is digitizing included?
Yes — first-time digitizing is included in your order. We keep your file on hand so reorders are faster and the stitch quality stays consistent.
Can you embroider on hats?
