What's the minimum order for DTF?
None — we can print a single piece. DTF is the right choice when you want full color without committing to a 24-piece screen-print minimum.
How does DTF compare to screen printing?
Screen printing is more cost-effective at 24+ pieces with limited spot colors. DTF wins for small runs, photographic designs, gradients, and orders with mixed garment colors.
What artwork format do you need?
High-resolution PNGs (300 DPI) with transparent backgrounds work best. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are also great. Send what you have — we'll let you know if it needs upgrading.
How does the print feel on the shirt?
Modern DTF has a soft hand-feel, especially compared to older heat-transfer methods. It's flexible, stretches with the fabric, and survives normal home washing.
