Screen Printing

Screen printing is the traditional printing method that uses a screen to apply layers of different colors into the printing surface. This method will give you a more vibrant and durable print on your T-shirts compared to the other methods. However, since the printing process takes one color at a time, the production time will take longer. We strongly recommend screen printing for bulk orders with limited (one or two) colors because it will give you the best result with less cost.

DTF (Direct-to-Film)

DTF also can serve your need for colorful printed T-shirts. It works by printing the design into a film and then transferring it into the fabrics. Unlike DTG, DTF can perform on any type of fabric. On the other hand, the DTF process can take a longer time compared to DTG and it also costs more since DTF needs to use different film for different designs. We extremely recommend DTF for personal orders with colorful designs.

Embroidery

DFW Impression also serves you with embroidery if you wish for different customization options besides the printing. Embroidery directly applies a thread into the garment with a needle to form the designs that you desired.
