Is there any minimum order? (For both personal and bulk orders)
There is no minimum order. However, if there are more than 100 T-shirts in an order, we will give you extra discounts for your order.
How long does it take to get T-shirts/caps/mugs/bottles printed?
Usually it takes us around 3-5 business days to print your order. However, we also provide rush orders.
How much does a custom T-shirt/cap/mug/bottle cost? Any difference for bulk orders?
The cost will vary depending on the complexity of the size, shape, and color of your design. Please contact us via email to receive a custom quote.
What kind of materials do you use for T-shirts/caps/mugs/bottles?
We only use branded high quality materials. There are several varieties that you can choose from.
What kind of ink do you use?
We use plastisol ink for screen printing which is best for its durability.
Designs
How can I design my own T-shirt/cap/mug/bottle?
We are working on integrating a custom designer. You can also work with our in-house designer to bring your ideas to life.
What format do you accept if I want to send you my design?
We strongly recommend PDF, PNG, or original vector files. However, we can work with other formats also.
What is the minimum resolution I need for my design?
We highly recommend minimum 300 DPI images.
Can I use the design from my previous order? What about a few modifications?
Yes, you can. We keep the screen for 2 weeks after the order. So, if you place the order within two weeks, we will not charge you setup fee for rush order.
Payment and shipment
How can I pay for my order?
We accept your payment through cash, PayPal, and credit cards. You can choose one of your desired methods to pay for your order.
How long will my order arrive?
After your orders have been printed and completely done (which normally takes 3-5 business days), you can pick it up or we can deliver it to you for an extra fee.
Can I track my order?

Can I cancel my order and get a refund? (Before it is sent)
Before you proceed with the payment, you can still cancel your order. You can’t cancel your order after we have confirmed your payment.
Can I return my order? (After it is sent)
Every order that you proceed will go through our quality check. However, if you find any damages on the products, we will refund you.
